1 / Read the rules.

We want this to be an unforgettable day for any traditional hot rod enthusiast. Thus, we try to assemble an exciting group of authentic, traditionally-styled Ford hot rods, whether it's a bare-bones pre-war roadster or a wild early sixties-style drag coupe. Still, the number of participants is limited, so we will have to hand-pick every car. The rules will guide us. And they shall guide you. So, please read them first before registering your car.

2 / Check your calendar.

This is a simple one, but haven't we all been there before? Car registered, registration paid, the sun is shining. But then there's that impromptu wedding of your cousin's twin-brother. And you can't do the Poker Run. But it's too late for anyone else to take your spot. That's why we encourage everyone to check your calendar first and ask your significant other before applying.

3 / Download the registration form.

Here you find the link to download the official registration form. This is the ONLY WAY to register for the ACES Poker Run – Alpine Edition #4. There is no chance to register on site or anywhere else.

4 / Print and fill out the registration form.

After you've successfully downloaded and printed the registration form, please fill it out. Completely. Yes, we will need your e-mail address to contact you. Thank you.

5 / Take two photos of your car. And print them.

Now take two photos of the hot rod you're going to participate with at the Poker Run. They have to show your car in the same condition it will be (style- and parts-wise) at the run. No, you don't have to wash it first.

6 / Send us the form and the photos until January 31, 2024.

Please put your filled-out registration form together with the 2 photos of your car in an envelope and mail it to the address mentioned on the form – at latest until 31 January 2024 (post stamp). This is the only way to register. There is NO registration possible by e-mail or whatsapp or any other crazy wizardry. Thank you.

7 / We contact you until February 28, 2024.

In February, we will sit down and select the participants of the Poker Run, according to the rules of the run. After that, we will contact you and tell you if your car got accepted or not. We're also going to provide you with all the information necessary, so you can easily plan your trip in advance.
